Realty firm Gaurs Group has announced the launch of a significant housing project on Yamuna Expressway in Delhi-NCR. According to reports from The Economic Times, the company has developed an 11.8-acre housing project called 'Gaur Alaris', comprising 1,088 apartments at Sector 22D on Yamuna Expressway. The project strategically connects Noida and Greater Noida to Agra, positioning it in a key growth corridor.
The development is projected to generate substantial revenue for the company. As reported by The Economic Times, the estimated sales realisation is ₹1,900 crore from this housing project. This ambitious revenue target reflects the company's confidence in the premium housing market and the strategic location advantages of the Yamuna Expressway project.
