Real estate developer BPTP Ltd has achieved significant sales momentum in its luxury housing project in Faridabad, selling 150 apartments for ₹750 crore. According to a company statement released on October 9, 2026, the project 'SkyNest' has now accumulated total sales of approximately ₹750 crore with the current transaction. Each apartment in the development has an average ticket size of ₹5 crore, reflecting the premium positioning of the luxury housing project. The project is strategically located in Sector 80, Greater Faridabad, spanning 5.4 acres and comprising two residential towers with 325 apartments in total.
The SkyNest project offers distinctive high-rise living with biophilic design concepts that integrate natural elements into vertical residential experiences. Each tower features approximately 150-metre-high twin residential towers with 20 Sky Nests - landscaped sky-level spaces that bring greenery and outdoor experiences into vertical living. The development is designed with only four residences per floor and served by nine high-speed lifts for each tower. Residences range from 3,185 sq. ft. to 3,856 sq. ft. with expansive wraparound balconies, featuring 3 BHK and 4 BHK residences that emphasize privacy, natural light, openness and views. The project offers more than 82,000 sq. ft. of amenities and landscaped spaces, including pools, wellness and fitness facilities, indoor and outdoor sports, dining and social spaces, business lounges and other lifestyle amenities.
Manik Malik, CEO & President of BPTP Limited, highlighted the continued strength in the Delhi-NCR residential market and the evolving aspirations of homebuyers. As reported by The Economic Times, Malik emphasized that demand remains robust in this key real estate market segment. The ₹750 crore in sales represents a significant milestone for the project, specifically noting that it shows demand for quality residential offerings at the premium end of the market. Malik described the response as reflecting growing confidence in Greater Faridabad as a residential destination, with the company's focus on bringing together thoughtful design, quality, sustainability and long-term value while creating a distinctive residential experience for contemporary families.
The SkyNest project features an impressive multidisciplinary team of international and national consultants. The development is designed by Singapore-based WOW Consultants, which is leading the architecture, landscape and interior design for the project. The multidisciplinary team includes Matrix for vertical transportation, Optimal for structural engineering, Nulty+ for lighting design, Currie & Brown as quantity surveyor and GreenGineer for green building advisory. This collaboration brings together expertise in high-rise design, sustainability, and international design standards to create a distinctive residential experience in Greater Faridabad.
The strong sales performance by BPTP comes against the backdrop of mixed regional market conditions. According to real estate consultant Anarock, housing sales in Delhi-NCR declined 1% to 13,765 units during the July-September period this year, compared to 13,920 units in the corresponding period last year. Despite this overall decline, BPTP's SkyNest project has demonstrated resilience in the luxury segment, indicating selective strength in premium housing categories within the region. The project's success reflects the continued demand for quality residential offerings in the premium segment despite broader market challenges.
