According to Business Standard, DSP will continue to be led by its founding leadership, with overarching guidance from Anarock. This structure ensures continuity in the brand, management, client relationships and design excellence culture following the transaction. As per NewsVoir, Bimal Desai, Co-Founder and Principal of DSP Design Associates, stated that while the foundation remains unchanged, Anarock now gives them the platform to expand across new geographies and service lines. The partnership allows DSP to scale higher and faster while staying true to its design philosophy and client relationships built over decades.
As reported by Business Standard, Anuj Puri, founder and chairman of Anarock Group, stated that DSP's design pedigree and blue-chip client base make it a natural extension of the Anarock real estate ecosystem. According to NewsVoir, Puri emphasized that the acquisition is a logical fit for and furtherance of their Project Management & Engineering Services (PMES) and advisory business lines, allowing them to scale faster while amplifying the scope of services offered to clients. The partnership enables Anarock to offer developers and corporates a seamless journey from site selection and transactions to design and build, unlocking significant value across the asset lifecycle.
