The shares then rose 7.74% from the IPO price to hit their upper circuit of ₹57.10. The SME stock's listing performance was slightly better than expected, as the last grey market premium indicated the stock could see a flat listing. The stock traded with a high of ₹57.10 and low of ₹54.40, with approximately 32.14 lakh shares changing hands at the counter.
The IPO opened for public subscription on Tuesday, 23 June, and concluded on Thursday, 25 June, achieving an overall subscription of 4.44 times. As reported by Business Standard, the IPO was an entirely fresh issue of 57,88,000 shares, priced at ₹51 to ₹53 per share, and aimed to raise about ₹30.68 crore. The company also raised ₹8.57 crore from anchor investors on 22 June 2026, allotting 16.18 lakh shares at ₹53 per share to 5 anchor investors. The company intends to utilize these funds for meeting working capital requirements, the purchase of machinery in the existing manufacturing facility at Amravati, Maharashtra, and for general corporate purposes.

The company exclusively operates in the business-to-business segment, supplying products to textile manufacturers, yarn exporters, traders and fabric processors. The company's revenue from operations showed growth from ₹126.14 crore in FY24 to ₹146.37 crore in FY26, while profit increased from ₹3.35 crore in FY24 to ₹6.17 crore in FY26. As of 31 March 2026, the company had an installed production capacity of 10,000 metric tonnes per annum, supported by 28,608 spindles.
