
Shreedhar Spinners made a strong market debut, rising 7.74% to ₹57.1 on the NSE Emerge, significantly outperforming its issue price of ₹53. According to reports from Moneycontrol, the Maharashtra-based cotton yarn maker attracted substantial buying interest on its first trading day.
IPO-bound Ujin Pharma acquired 5.5 lakh shares representing a 2.56% equity stake in Shreedhar Spinners for ₹2.99 crore at ₹54.4 per share through open market transactions on July 1. As reported by Moneycontrol, the pharmaceutical company recently filed draft papers with SEBI to raise funds through an IPO, making this strategic investment in the textile sector.
Mansi Share and Stock Broking emerged as the largest investor, purchasing 8.94 lakh shares (4.17% stake) for ₹4.91 crore at ₹54.98 per share. The broking firm had previously held a 1.8% stake in the company. According to Moneycontrol reports, Dhan Creators and Investments acquired 1.1 lakh shares for ₹60.04 lakh at ₹54.59 per share, while Excellent Shares and Finance Services purchased 4 lakh shares for ₹2.17 crore at ₹54.4 per share.
Alternative investment fund manager 35North Ventures sold 4.52 lakh shares (2.1% stake) for ₹2.45 crore at ₹54.4 per share through its three schemes. As reported by Moneycontrol, Kuber India Opportunity Fund also divested 1.52 lakh shares for ₹82.68 lakh, while Moneywise Financial Services offloaded 1.6 lakh shares for ₹87.68 lakh.
