The ₹500 crore IPO opened for subscription on September 25, 2026, and closed on September 29. According to The Hindu BusinessLine, the retail portion was subscribed 1.12 times, while the QIB (ex-anchor) and NII categories were subscribed 3.89 times and 3.94 times, respectively. The company fixed the IPO price band at ₹290-305 per share with a lot size of 49 shares, requiring a minimum investment of Rs 14,945 for one lot at the upper end of the price band. Tata Mutual Fund emerged as the largest anchor investor, acquiring 13.11 lakh shares for ₹40 crore, while Maybank Securities picked up 8.19 lakh shares for ₹25 crore and Authum Investment and Infrastructure was allotted 6.44 lakh shares worth ₹19.6 crore. The company's market valuation was $4,365.68 crore following the listing.
As per The Hindu BusinessLine, ₹100 crore of the net fresh issue proceeds will be used to repay debt against the company's outstanding borrowings of ₹431.4 crore on a standalone basis as of July 2026. Another ₹225 crore will be invested in material subsidiaries including Runwal Residency Pvt. Ltd. and subsidiary Evie Real Estate Pvt. Ltd., to repay or pre-pay their borrowings. Runwal Residency had outstanding borrowings of ₹286.5 crore as of July 2026, while Evie Real Estate had borrowings of ₹356.4 crore. The remaining proceeds will fund acquisitions of future real estate projects and general corporate purposes, taking the total allocation to Rs 325 crore. The company recorded consolidated sales value of ₹2,353.5 crore in FY26, up 24% from ₹1,899 crore in the previous year, though its average selling price declined to ₹11,366 per square foot in FY26 from ₹11,754 per square foot. Runwal Enterprises is engaged in real estate development across affordable, mid-income and luxury residential segments.

ICICI Securities Limited and Jefferies India Private Limited acted as book running lead managers for the offering.
