According to Business Standard, the company plans to utilize the net proceeds from the IPO for capital expenditure for setting up a new manufacturing unit and consolidating existing manufacturing facilities. The allocation includes approximately ₹74.66 crore for the new manufacturing unit and capacity expansion, ₹14 crore for repayment/prepayment of certain borrowings, and the balance of about ₹16.34 crore for general corporate purposes. This expansion strategy aims to increase production capacity across the company's operations.

The company recorded revenue from operations of ₹124.68 crore and net profit of ₹16.64 crore for the financial year ended 31 March 2026, with 585 permanent employees as of March 2026.
