
Om Galaxy, a precision mould design, development and manufacturing company, is raising ₹105 crore through an initial public offering on BSE SME. The company will offer 1.17 crore equity shares in the price band of ₹85-₹90 per share. According to reports from The Hindu BusinessLine, the IPO opens for subscription on Thursday, with Indorient Financial Services serving as the book-running lead manager and Bigshare Services appointed as the registrar. The equity shares have a face value of ₹5 per share each and will be listed on the BSE SME platform.
The IPO bidding window is open from September 10 to September 15, with the allotment expected to be finalized on September 16. The tentative listing date is September 18. For retail investors, the minimum lot size is 3,200 shares, requiring a minimum investment of ₹2,88,000. As per IPO Ji, there is no limit on the number of applications, but each IPO has category-based maximum investment caps, typically ₹2 lakh for retail investors. The application process involves submitting demat account details, bid price within the price band, and UPI approval for the IPO amount.
The net proceeds from the IPO will be utilized for capital expenditure to set up a new manufacturing unit for consolidation of the company's existing manufacturing units and expansion of production capacities. As reported by The Hindu BusinessLine, additional funds will be used for part-payment of debt and general corporate purposes. The company aims to consolidate existing manufacturing units into a single-owned facility, expand installed capacity, and reduce borrowings to strengthen operational efficiency.
According to The Hindu BusinessLine, Om Galaxy has built precision tooling capability across pipe fitting, industrial and automotive moulds, added in-house hot runner systems through Infuse HRS, and forward integrated into consumer cleaning products under WONDRA. The company has recorded consistent growth in FY26, supported by repeat business from a stable customer base and healthy capacity utilisation across its facilities. As noted by Indorient Financial Services, the proposed consolidation and capacity expansion will position the company to participate in the structural growth of India's dies and moulds market.
According to The Hindu BusinessLine, Opindersingh Bachattarsingh Baddhan, Chairman and Managing Director of Om Galaxy, emphasized that the proceeds from the fresh issue will strengthen operational efficiency and support the next phase of growth. Prashant Dhebar, Director at Indorient Financial Services, highlighted the company's consistent performance and the strategic benefits of the proposed consolidation and borrowing repayment initiatives.
