The company's fund raising committee approved the issue and allotment of 25,05,219 equity shares of face value ₹2 each to eligible qualified institutional buyers at the issue price of ₹4,790 per equity share. This represents a discount of 1.96% to the floor price of ₹4,885.90 per share, with the final issue price determined in accordance with SEBI's Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements regulations. The allotment was approved at a late-night meeting on August 20, 2026, running from 10.45 PM to 11.00 PM. Following the allotment, the paid-up equity share capital has increased to ₹11.88 crore comprising of 5.94 crore equity shares from ₹11.38 crore consisting of 5.69 crore equity shares. The company had launched its QIP on Monday, August 17, 2026, with an indicative price range of ₹4,710-4,790 per share, representing an 8.1-9.6% discount to Monday's closing price.

Netweb Technologies delivered exceptional financial results in Q4 FY6, with standalone net profit soaring 179.92% to ₹85.32 crore on a 172.13% surge in revenue from operations to ₹819.69 crore compared to Q4 FY5. The company operates as India's leading high-end computing solutions (HCS) provider, offering fully integrated design and manufacturing capabilities. The HCS portfolio comprises HPC, private cloud, HCI, AI systems and enterprise workstations, high-performance storage (HPS), and data center servers. The company reported Q1 FY7 results showing an 180.01% year-on-year jump in net profit to ₹85.32 crore, compared with ₹30.47 crore in the corresponding period of the preceding fiscal year. Revenue from operations surged 172.13% to ₹819.68 crore during Q1 FY7, as against ₹301 crore in Q1 FY6. Sequentially, the company's profit advanced 20.87% while revenue grew 5.94% quarter-on-quarter.
The QIP attracted significant institutional interest with major fund houses receiving substantial allocations. Nomura India Investment Fund Mother Fund emerged as the single largest allottee with 3,28,064 shares, representing 13.10% of the issue, followed by Goldman Sachs Funds (Goldman Sachs India Equity Portfolio) with 2,80,740 shares at 11.21% and Think India Opportunities Master Fund LP with 2,08,768 shares at 8.33%. On the domestic side, ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund schemes collectively received 16.67% of the issue on a PAN-clubbed basis, with the Flexicap Fund alone accounting for 1,92,709 shares. Invesco India Flexi Cap Fund was allotted 1,56,577 shares, accounting for 6.25% of the issue. The company's EBITDA stood at ₹121 crore in Q1 FY7, reflecting a growth of 169.08% YoY from ₹45 crore in the year-ago period. However, EBITDA margin contracted by 17 basis points YoY to 14.70% for the reporting quarter, compared to 14.87% in Q1 FY6.
