The funds will be allocated toward capital expenditure requirements, with ₹30.8 crore specifically earmarked for setting up the proposed Manufacturing Unit IV and upgradation of existing units at its manufacturing facility in Rajkot, Gujarat. Additionally, ₹6.72 crore will be used for full or partial repayment and prepayment of certain outstanding secured borrowings, while the remaining funds will be used for general corporate purposes.

As reported by Livemint, the company produces closed-die forgings and precision-machined components such as rings, ball studs, gears, and coupling assemblies, serving both domestic and international original equipment manufacturers in sectors including automotive, agricultural equipment, hydraulics, construction machinery, and general engineering. The company maintained an order book of approximately ₹24.47 crore as of 1 March 2026, with 188 employees across its manufacturing units and registered office as of 28 February 2026.
For the period ended 31 March 2026, Metalic Technoforge recorded revenue from operations of ₹12.36 crore and net profit of ₹95.54 crore, demonstrating strong financial performance ahead of its public listing.
