According to latest reports, the issue witnessed a decent response from investors on the first day, with grey market sources indicating the grey market premium (GMP) at ₹9, suggesting the stock could list at a premium of about 6% to its issue price. By 11 pm on Friday, the overall subscription stood at nearly 0.11 times, with the retail portion booked 0.21 times and NIIs segment subscribed to 0.02 times, while QIB's portion remained unsubscribed.
The ₹39.04 crore initial public offering comprises a fresh issue of up to 19.89 lakh equity shares aggregating ₹31.63 crore and an Offer-for-Sale of up to 4.65 lakh shares by promoters and investors aggregating ₹7.41 crore. The company's shares are proposed to be listed on the BSE SME platform with a tentative listing date on August 7, 2026.
