As reported by The Economic Times, the IPO was subscribed 1.47 times overall, with the retail portion subscribed 1.80 times, while the NII portion was booked 1.47 times, and the Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) portion received 1 time bid. The IPO comprised 24,55,200 equity shares, including a fresh issue of 19,89,400 equity shares and an offer for sale (OFS) of 4,65,800 equity shares. The company received bids for 24.52 lakh shares against 16.35 lakh shares on offer, with the issue opening for bidding on 31 July 2026 and closing on 04 August 2026 within the price band of ₹151 to ₹159 per share.
According to The Economic Times, Fusion Klassroom Edutech reported strong financial performance with profit after tax (PAT) climbing 162% year-on-year to ₹7.60 crore in FY26 from ₹2.90 crore in the previous fiscal, reflecting improved operational performance ahead of its market debut. The company recorded revenue from operations of ₹23.04 crore for the period ended 31 March 2026. This strong profit growth of 162% YoY demonstrates the company's operational efficiency and growth trajectory in the edutech sector.
According to The Economic Times, the Fusion Klassroom Edutech IPO is a ₹39.04 crore public issue comprising a fresh issue of 20 lakh equity shares worth ₹31.63 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of 5 lakh shares aggregating to ₹7.41 crore. The company plans to utilise the net proceeds from the fresh issue to repay or prepay certain outstanding borrowings, invest in technology and AI/ML model development, servers and cloud infrastructure, fund capital expenditure for content development and procurement of desktops and laptops for AI/ML laboratories at new offline centres, undertake marketing initiatives, and support inorganic growth through unidentified acquisitions, besides meeting general corporate purposes. Ahead of the IPO, the company raised ₹11.07 crore from anchor investors by allotting 6.96 lakh shares at ₹159 per share to 6 anchor investors.

Founded in 2016, it began with a hybrid tutoring model for school students and JEE/NEET aspirants, providing technology, marketing and student acquisition support to partner coaching centres.
