The IPO is a book-built issue comprising a fresh issue of 2.15 crore shares worth ₹92.50 crore and an offer for sale of 76.74 lakh shares worth ₹33 crore. Pantomath Capital Advisors Pvt. Ltd. serves as the book-running lead manager, while MUFG Intime India Pvt. Ltd. acts as the registrar.
