The ₹285-per-share IPO was subscribed between August 12-14, with the issue receiving bids for 80,38,28,324 equity shares against the 74,12,769 shares on offer. Demand was particularly strong among institutional and high-net-worth investors, with the qualified institutional buyer (QIB) portion subscribed 165.33 times, while the non-institutional investor portion was subscribed 165.32 times and the retail portion was subscribed 53.27 times.

According to CRISIL, the company is one of India's largest metal-roll producers and held a 10-11.5% share of the country's metal-roll demand in fiscal 2026. The company operates two manufacturing facilities at Mandi Gobindgarh in Punjab and has recently commenced construction of a third facility in Fatehgarh Sahib district. The company manufactures metal rolls, engineering castings, alloy steel products and forging ingots, catering to user industries such as steel, power and heavy engineering.
