The ₹251.88 crore IPO comprises a fresh issue of up to 95.05 lakh shares worth ₹201.51 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of up to 23.76 lakh shares valued at ₹50.37 crore by promoter Kartikey Constructions. As per The Economic Times, the fresh issue makes up the bigger part of the issue, meaning this raised money will go directly to the company. The issue is priced at ₹200-212 per share with a lot size of 70 shares, requiring a minimum investment of ₹14,840 at the upper price band. Of the fresh issue proceeds, ₹150 crore will be used to fund the company's working capital requirements, while the remaining amount will be utilised for general corporate purposes and offer-related expenses. According to the latest financial data, Technocraft Ventures reported revenue from operations of ₹344.99 crore in FY26, compared with ₹279.56 crore in FY25, representing significant growth. Profit after tax increased 54% YoY to ₹43.32 crore from ₹28.20 crore during the same period. EBITDA also improved, rising to ₹72.18 crore in FY26 from ₹49.63 crore in FY25. The water and wastewater infrastructure business contributed about 85 percent of the company's revenue in FY26, while road and highway projects accounted for nearly 13 percent. Technocraft Ventures is a public infrastructure development company that undertakes turnkey Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) projects, incorporated in October 1998 and working across multiple infrastructure sectors, delivering projects mainly for state governments and government agencies across northern India, including Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Rajasthan and the National Capital Territory of Delhi.
