
The primary market is back in full action this week starting from June 1, with five companies set to open their public issues for subscription. According to reports from Moneycontrol, this marks the return of activity in the mainboard segment after a lull for three consecutive weeks. The total fundraising across these five IPOs exceeds ₹900 crore, with ₹770 crore coming from mainboard segment issues.
CMR Green Technologies leads the mainboard offerings, opening on June 3 with a ₹630.88 crore fundraising target through 3.28 crore equity shares. As reported by Moneycontrol, the price band has been fixed at ₹182-192 per share, with the entire issue comprising an offer-for-sale. Hexagon Nutrition, a research-driven nutrition company, follows on June 5 with a ₹138.87 crore target via 3.08 crore shares at the upper end of ₹42-45 per share price band, also entirely an offer-for-sale. The company will not receive any proceeds from either offering, as all funds will flow to selling shareholders.
The remaining three IPOs are from the SME segment, raising ₹138.32 crore collectively. Merritronix, an electronics systems design and manufacturing company, opened its ₹70 crore IPO on Monday with a price band of ₹141-149 per share. Vahh Chemicals, a textile auxiliary chemicals maker, targets to raise ₹13.45 crore via 22.42 lakh shares at ₹60 per share in a fixed price issue, opening on June 4. Genxai Analytics, an enterprise performance and analytics solutions provider, plans to mobilise ₹54.8 crore via 47.28 lakh shares at the upper end of ₹110-116 per share price band.
According to Moneycontrol reports, Aureate Tradde will close its ₹27 crore SME IPO on June 2, while SMR Jewels has extended the closing date for its ₹64 crore public issue till June 3. The former offer has been subscribed 15 percent so far, while the latter has achieved 42 percent subscription. On the listing front, M R Maniveni Foods makes its debut on the BSE SME platform on June 1, followed by Yaashvi Jewellers on June 2, and Rajnandini Fashion India on June 3. CMR Green Technologies shares are tentatively scheduled to list on both BSE and NSE on June 10, 2026, while Hexagon Nutrition shares are scheduled for listing on June 12, 2026.
