Revenue from operations increased 15.7% YoY to ₹344 crore from ₹297.4 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous financial year. However, net profit fell 9.5% to ₹89.95 crore compared with ₹99 crore in Q2FY26, while EBITDA declined 15.1% to ₹116.8 crore and EBITDA margin narrowed sharply to 34% from 46.2% in the year-ago quarter. Assets under management (AUM) grew 18% year-on-year to ₹1.08 lakh crore as of September 30, with the company noting this growth came even as the Nifty declined 8% over the same period.
The wealth manager's revenue from mutual fund distribution increased 18% year-on-year to ₹145 crore, reflecting strong performance in its distribution business. Active client families increased 12% to 14,309, while relationship manager count rose by 45 over the past year to 431, demonstrating the company's expanding reach and client engagement capabilities. The company's digital wealth subsidiary's AUM grew 14% year-on-year to ₹2,531 crore in the first half of FY27, with the subscriber base of its Omni Financial Advisor platform rising to 6,898 from 6,790 a year earlier. The subsidiary has also recently started operations in London, expanding its international footprint. The management noted that it added more than 1,500 client families on a net basis over the last twelve months.
CEO Rakesh Rawal and Joint CEO Feroze Azeez attributed the performance to the strength of the company's wealth-management model and continued client engagement, despite challenging market conditions. They cited geopolitical tensions, higher US bond yields, a stronger dollar, elevated crude oil prices and sustained foreign portfolio outflows as factors weighing on sentiment. However, they noted that domestic investors continued to show conviction and that market corrections could create opportunities for disciplined, long-term investors. The management reiterated its long-term growth outlook of 20-25%, backed by the scalability of its business model and plans to expand digital wealth operations. They emphasized that a meaningful share of Q2 inflows came from existing clients deepening their relationship with the firm, demonstrating the strength of their client retention strategy.
