
KEC International has secured new orders worth ₹1,063 crore across its Civil, Transmission & Distribution (T&D), Renewables, and Cables & Conductors businesses. According to reports from Business Standard, the Civil business secured a major order for a high-rise residential project from a leading real estate developer, involving the construction of residential buildings with a total built-up area of 24 lakh sq. ft. along with associated facilities. The latest order wins include significant contracts for a 150 MW thermal power plant from a prominent private player in Eastern India and additional civil and structural works for a 150 MW thermal power plant from a private sector client in eastern India.
The T&D business bagged orders for a 400 kV transmission line project in Western India to power a Data Centre and for the supply of transmission line towers in the Middle East. As reported by Business Standard, the Renewables business received an order for a 200+ MW solar PV project in Western India from an existing client, a renowned private developer. The latest developments include a 50+ MW Wind EPC project from an existing private developer in Western India, expanding the company's renewable energy portfolio. The Cables & Conductors business also secured multiple orders in domestic and international markets, including the company's largest-ever tower supply order from the United States, reflecting growing demand in the American T&D market.
Vimal Kejriwal, MD & CEO, KEC International Ltd. commented that the company is pleased with the new order wins across its businesses despite global uncertainties. According to Business Standard, he noted that the Civil business has expanded its customer base in the Buildings & Factories segment by securing a prestigious order in Northern India, with KEC now constructing approximately 80 high-rise buildings for marquee clients across the country. The scrip fell 1.21% to ₹489.90 on the BSE on 14 July 2026, following the latest order announcements.
With these additions, KEC's year-to-date order intake stands at over ₹6,300 crore, as reported by Business Standard. The company operates as a global infrastructure EPC company and is part of the RPG Group, operating across power transmission and distribution, civil, transportation, renewables, oil & gas pipelines, and cables businesses. The latest order wins further strengthen KEC's order book across key business segments and geographies, with the company maintaining its strategic focus on securing larger EPC contracts and improving order quality.
