The gold loan financier reported a consolidated net profit of ₹404 crore in Q4 FY26, compared with a loss of ₹191 crore in the same quarter last year. Net interest income rose 2.6% year-on-year to ₹1,504.3 crore, against ₹1,465.6 crore in the year-ago period. The company announced an interim dividend of ₹0.50 per equity share, equivalent to 25% on the face value of ₹2 per share, with May 11, 2026 as the record date.
