TCS reported mixed Q1 results with net profit declining 2.7% to ₹13,349 crore versus ₹13,718 crore in the previous year, while revenue grew 14% Y-o-Y to ₹72,275 crore. The company's net income rose 8.5% Y-o-Y to ₹13,849 crore and EBIT decreased 3.1% to ₹17,317 crore with margin compressing to 24% from 25.3%. Meanwhile, Anand Rathi Wealth delivered strong Q1 performance with consolidated PAT surging 24% Y-o-Y to ₹116 crore for Q1FY27, while total revenue increased 18% to ₹336.4 crore and AUM grew 21% Y-o-Y to ₹1,06,300 crore, surpassing the ₹1 lakh crore mark. Uno Minda has announced a strategic expansion into four-wheeler passenger vehicle seating systems with the Board approving a greenfield manufacturing facility in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Maharashtra with proposed capital expenditure of ₹320 crore. The facility is expected to commence operations by Q4FY28. Meanwhile, Ganesh Infraworld's subsidiary, Tykoon Mines GK, secured a subcontract work order worth ₹100 crore for engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) works related to the Bikramshila–Kataria New Line Rail Link project, scheduled for completion within nine months with revenue expected during the current financial year. Adani Enterprises completed its Qualified Institutions Placement (QIP), allocating 5.2 crore equity shares worth ₹15,000 crore at an issue price of ₹2,883 per share, enhancing its capital base for future growth initiatives.
