The company may offer a discount of up to 5% over the floor price, with the final issue price to be determined in consultation with book-running lead managers. The QIP base deal size is ₹1,200 crore, which can go up to ₹1,500 crore if the company exercises its green shoe option. The company proposes to utilize the net proceeds for repayment/pre-payment of certain outstanding borrowings and general corporate purposes.
