According to reports from Upstox, the dividend will be paid on May 8, 2026, following the board meeting approval last week. The company's shares will trade ex-dividend on April 23, 2026.
Pharma player Anlon Healthcare has set April 24, 2026 as the record date for the issuance of bonus shares in a 1:1 ratio. As reported by Upstox, the company has also approved the subdivision of one equity share of face value ₹10 each fully paid-up into five shares of face value ₹2 each fully paid-up. The record date is fixed as Friday, April 24, 2026.

On April 18, India's largest private lender HDFC Bank recommended a final dividend of ₹13 per share of ₹1 for FY26. According to Upstox, the record date, if announced at the upcoming annual general meeting, is set as June 19. The bank stated that this would be subject to shareholder approval at the forthcoming annual general meeting. With this addition, the total dividend for the year ended March 31, 2026 would be ₹15.50 per equity share of ₹1 each.
