According to the official statement, the prime minister emphasized that speed of execution must go hand in hand with quality, calling for greater use of modern technologies and stronger quality assurance and supervision mechanisms at every stage of project implementation. Modi also asked ministries and states to examine the feasibility of common utility corridors while planning major transport and infrastructure projects, stating that integrated infrastructure planning could improve efficiency and reduce future disruptions. During the review of AgriStack under the Digital Agriculture Mission, Modi called for greater use of emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, to unlock the value of agricultural data. As reported by Business Standard, the prime minister said the digital ecosystem should be leveraged across the agricultural value chain, from input planning to processing, to enable better targeting and data-driven decision-making. This aligns with his broader vision of AI for All, emphasizing that AI should benefit not just large enterprises but reach the "torso and the long tail" of the Indian economy, including small enterprises, farmers and workers who would be critical to powering India's $1 trillion digital economy.
