Jumper has scheduled its JUMP token sale on Legion for September 29, 2026 at 13:00 UTC, with the three-day offering closing on October 2, 2026 at the same time. According to Jumper's September 25 announcement, eligible participants can submit pledges through Legion and request JUMP allocations during the sale window. However, as reported by Jumper, pledges do not guarantee a JUMP allocation, with final allocations depending on eligibility, offering terms, demand, and Legion's allocation process. If requests exceed available tokens by a substantial amount, allocations may be adjusted to allow more eligible participants to participate.
Jumper is now spinning out from LI.FI as an independent company with dedicated capital, leadership, and roadmap. As reported by Jumper, the company is becoming the super-app for onchain finance - the one place where users can swap, bridge, trade perpetual futures, access tokenized stocks and other real-world assets, access yield opportunities, and eventually interact with any asset available onchain. Marko Jurina, CEO of Jumper, stated that "Bridging was the starting point for Jumper, and we've grown into the #1 aggregator by bridging volume with more than 15% market share. As more financial assets move onchain, the opportunity gets much bigger than bridging." The company is pursuing growth from opposite ends of the stack: LI.FI as orchestration infrastructure and Jumper as the consumer application.
Jumper has processed more than $40 billion in lifetime volume and serves over 100,000 monthly active users, making it the #1 aggregator by bridging volume with more than 15% market share. The company claims more than ₹3,400 crore in lifetime transaction volume and over 100,000 monthly active users. According to Jumper, it calls itself the largest aggregator by bridging volume, with the ₹3,400 crore figure representing lifetime activity across bridging and swapping. The company's Earn product has reached ₹80 crore in attributed total value locked and recent locked volume in Earn reaching $10 million. Jumper Perps, the next major launch, is slated to go live in the coming weeks and will aggregate perpetual futures venues into a single trading experience.
The Legion sale will be the first time Jumper has raised capital as an independent company. Proceeds from the token sale will be used to accelerate product development, user acquisition, and distribution across Jumper's growing product suite. The fundraising structure reflects Jumper's deliberate decision to align ownership and value creation, with Jumper not conducting a separate equity financing round alongside JUMP token. As reported by Jumper, "We believe the token should be the only way to have ownership and exposure to the value being created by Jumper." Jurina emphasized that "Getting here has meant pushing against a lot of incumbent processes and thinking that still treat the token as something separate from the underlying business." The company believes token-first ownership should become an industry standard and wants to help lead this change in the crypto industry.
