Consumer durables maker Whirlpool of India reported mixed financial results for the third quarter ended December 31, 2025. As reported by Upstox, the company's consolidated net profit declined by 39.55% to ₹26.92 crore compared to ₹44.53 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal year. However, consolidated revenue from operations increased to ₹1,773.84 crore from ₹1,704.85 crore year-on-year. Total expenses rose to ₹1,744.36 crore compared to ₹1,696.17 crore in the year-ago quarter.

According to the regulatory filing reported by Upstox, Whirlpool of India has assessed and accrued an incremental impact of ₹38.84 crore due to the new labour codes announced by the government.
