
Triveni Turbine shares surged as much as 10% to hit an intraday high of ₹655 on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) on Tuesday, May 19, following the company's strong March quarter earnings announcement. The Board of Directors approved a total dividend of ₹4.25 per share for FY26, comprising an interim dividend of ₹2.25 per share and a final dividend of ₹2.00 per share. The final dividend is subject to shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting scheduled for September 9, 2026, with the record date fixed for September 2, 2026. As of 1:43 pm, the stock was trading 4.7% higher at ₹624, significantly outperforming the NIFTY Smallcap 100 index which was up 1.3%.
According to reports from The Economic Times, Triveni Turbine earned a net profit of ₹102 crore in the January-March quarter, marking an increase of 8.5% from ₹94 crore in the year-ago period. The company's revenue from operations jumped 26% to a record ₹680 crore from ₹538 crore in the corresponding quarter last year. For the full financial year 2025-26, revenue rose 9% to ₹2,181 crore, demonstrating consistent growth momentum across the company's operations. The consolidated PAT for Q4 FY26 stood at ₹1,019 million, a 7.7% increase year-on-year, while consolidated revenue from operations reached ₹6,796 million, a 26.3% increase compared to the same period in the previous year.
As reported by The Economic Times, exports contributed 58% of total revenue and grew 30.1% year on year, highlighting the company's strong international presence. The closing order book grew 8% to ₹20,539 million with exports contributing 51%. Export order booking surged 174% year-on-year, contributing 69% of total order booking for the quarter. The company's EBITDA rose 7% to ₹129 crore but its EBITDA margin contracted by 340 basis points to 18.9%. Despite these margin pressures, the company maintained strong operational performance across its key business segments.
According to the latest financial results, the aftermarket segment demonstrated exceptional growth with closing orders increasing by 107% YoY to ₹5,394 million. The aftermarket order booking rose 121% year-on-year, contributing 50% of total order booking. Notably, the aftermarket share increased to 26% of total order booking compared with 14% in FY25, indicating a significant shift in the company's revenue mix. This growth trajectory suggests the aftermarket segment is becoming an increasingly important revenue driver for Triveni Turbine.
At its meeting on May 18, 2026, the Board approved the re-appointment of two Non-Executive Independent Directors. Mr. Vijay Kumar Thadani has been recommended for re-appointment for a further period of five years with effect from December 15, 2026 up to December 14, 2031, while Mr. Vipin Sondhi has been recommended for re-appointment for a further period of five years with effect from March 17, 2027 up to March 16, 2032. The company expects FY27 to be back-ended similar to FY26, supported by diversified market presence and strong execution capabilities. The company's total orders for FY26 stood at ₹23,256 million with the outstanding order book coming in at ₹20,539 million.
