
Triveni Turbine shares jumped nearly 10% to hit a high of ₹655.4 on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) after the company reported its highest ever quarterly revenue in March 2026 quarter (Q4FY26). According to reports from Business Standard, around 02:00 PM, the stock was trading around ₹635.25, up 6.5% compared to its previous session close of ₹596.65. The benchmark NSE Nifty50 was quoting at 23,699.25 levels, up by 49.30 points or 0.21%. On a year-to-date basis, Triveni Turbine has surged nearly 11% compared to a 9.5% decline in the Nifty50 index.
The company reported its highest ever quarterly revenue at ₹680 crore, up 26.3% compared to ₹538 crore in the year-ago period, as reported by Business Standard. Earnings before interest, tax, depreciation, and amortisation (Ebitda) rose 6.3% to ₹128 crore from ₹120.4 crore in the year-ago period. However, Ebitda margin declined to 18.8% from 22.4% in the corresponding quarter of previous fiscal. The company reported an 8.5% year-on-year increase in consolidated net profit for the fourth quarter at ₹101.9 crore compared with ₹93.9 crore in the corresponding quarter last year. According to the latest regulatory filing, the total income increased to ₹696 crore in the quarter from ₹557.9 crore a year ago, driving the strong profit growth.
According to Business Standard, the company reported order inflows of ₹747 crore during the quarter, up 19% Y-o-Y, driven by a 174.1% surge in export orders, which contributed 69% of the total order booking. The company's order inflows remained resilient at ₹2,326 crore, down marginally by 1.6% year-on-year, with exports contributing 52% of total orders. Meanwhile, the outstanding order book stood at ₹2,050 crore, up 7.6% YoY, with export orders accounting for 51% of the closing order book.
The board has recommended a final dividend at the rate of 200 per cent, i.e. ₹2 per share of the face value of ₹1 each for 2025-26, subject to approval of the shareholders at the ensuing annual general meeting to be held on Wednesday, September 9, 2026. The dividend, if declared, shall be paid to the shareholders, subject to deduction of tax at source, within thirty days from the date of declaration. During the fiscal 2025-26, the consolidated net profit slightly dipped to ₹349.4 crore from ₹358.6 crore in the year-ago period, as reported by Rediff Money. Despite the slight decline in annual profit, the company delivered strong quarterly performance with record revenue and robust order book growth.
