The Power Grid order, classified under the company's ultra-mega category (contracts worth more than ₹1,000 crore excluding GST), involves manufacturing and supply of transformers of various capacities with a 30-month completion timeline. The APTRANSCO order, being a domestic entity project, will be executed in accordance with the terms and conditions specified in the LOI.
As of June 30, 2026, Transformers & Rectifiers' new order inflow stood at ₹2,114 crore, rising 218% year-on-year. According to the company's regulatory filing, the APTRANSCO order falls under the normal course of business and not within related party transactions.
