Mandar Joshi brings over 20 years of leadership experience within the financial services sector, particularly in treasury and corporate strategy. Currently, he serves as the Executive Vice President – Treasury at Tata Capital, where he has played an integral role in shaping the company's liability strategy and securing funding across both domestic and international markets. His extensive expertise has also contributed to establishing key institutional relationships, enhancing Tata Capital's competitive position in the financial industry. He has been associated with Tata Capital since 2007 and his tenure includes shaping liability strategy, raising funds across domestic and international markets, and managing key institutional relationships. Before joining Tata Capital, Mr. Joshi was associated with Tata Motors Limited.
A well-educated industry professional, Mr. Joshi holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management with a focus on Finance and Strategy from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta. Additionally, he possesses a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Sardar Patel College of Engineering, Mumbai.
