
According to reports from Business Standard, Juniper Hotels announced that Tarun Jaitly has resigned from his position as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the company. The resignation is effective close of business hours on Wednesday, 15 July 2026, representing a significant change in the company's financial management structure. The company has also updated the details of its authorised Key Management Personnel (KMPs) responsible for determining materiality of events and ensuring disclosures to stock exchanges. The revised KMP structure now includes Chairman and Managing Director Arun Kumar Saraf, Chief Executive Officer Varun Saraf, and Company Secretary and Compliance Officer Sandeep Joshi.
As reported by Business Standard, Central Bank of India has inaugurated its International Financial Services Centre (IFSC) Banking Unit (IBU) at Gujarat International Finance Tec-City (GIFT City) on 29th June, 2026. The inauguration was held in the presence of the Bank's Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer, Shri Kalyan Kumar, along with other senior executives. The IFSC Banking Unit will enable the Bank to cater to the foreign currency funding requirements of its corporate clients by offering a comprehensive range of financial products and services, including foreign currency loans, trade finance solutions, treasury and risk management products, and other enhanced banking solutions designed to meet the evolving needs of customers. Following the announcement, Central Bank of India shares closed at ₹33.58 on BSE, up from the previous close of ₹32.18, with the stock hitting an intraday high of ₹34.16 and low of ₹31.86. The stock saw significant trading activity with 15.68 lakh shares traded across 2,404 trades, generating a net turnover of ₹52.04 crore.
