The company delivered impressive financial results for Q4 FY26, with profit after tax increasing 20.12% to ₹54.56 crore compared to ₹45.42 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. As reported by Upstox, revenue from operations advanced 20.17% to ₹545.79 crore in the latest March quarter, up from ₹454.16 crore in the same period of FY25. The company achieved its highest-ever engine sales volume of 55,004 units versus 45,594 units sold in Q4 FY25.
Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortisation (EBITDA) rose 21.10% to ₹75 crore in Q4 FY26 compared to ₹62 crore in the year-ago period. According to Upstox, the EBITDA margin stood at 13.74% versus 13.64% in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. The company sustained its growth momentum, marking the 16th consecutive quarter of year-over-year profit growth driven by strong customer demand.
The Board of Swaraj Engines recommended a dividend of ₹110 per share for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. As reported by Upstox, the record date is set for July 3, and if declared at the AGM, the dividend will be paid or dispatched by the company in permitted modes after Monday, July 20, 2026, within the stipulated timelines.
