According to the latest financial results approved by the Board of Directors on August 11, 2026, Sri KPR Industries delivered robust financial performance in Q1 FY27, with consolidated net profit surging 43% year-on-year to ₹94.50 lakh compared to ₹66.00 lakh in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. The company's net profit margin improved significantly to 23.30% from 21.65% in Q1 FY26, indicating enhanced operational efficiency despite the absolute profit increase. The Board of Directors, chaired by Managing Director N. Kishan Reddy, approved the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results on August 11, 2026, with the results reviewed by statutory auditors M/s. A.M. Reddy and D. R. Reddy, Chartered Accountants, in accordance with Standard on Review Engagements (SRE) 2410 issued by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
The company's total consolidated revenue from operations grew 33% to ₹406.82 lakh in Q1 FY27, up from ₹305.67 lakh in the same quarter last year. Other income contributed significantly to the bottom line, rising to ₹74.82 lakh from ₹29.33 lakh in the prior year period, accounting for nearly 18% of total consolidated revenue. Total expenses stood at ₹292.63 lakh, compared to ₹219.91 lakh in Q1 FY26, reflecting higher operational activity. The divergence between revenue growth and expense management highlights improved operational efficiency in the core business, with the contribution from high-margin wind power activities allowing net profit to grow at a faster rate than revenue.
The Wind Power Division emerged as the primary growth engine, generating ₹307.15 lakh in segment revenue, representing a 51% increase from ₹202.96 lakh in Q1 FY26. The division's results before tax and interest improved sharply to ₹84.06 lakh from ₹42.16 lakh in the previous year's quarter. This operational strength helped the company offset a decline in revenue from civil contracts, ensuring overall profitability remained robust. In contrast, the Civil Contracts from Government segment saw revenue decline to ₹99.67 lakh from ₹85.18 lakh, though its profitability margin contracted significantly, with results before tax and interest dropping to ₹30.13 lakh from ₹44.26 lakh. The Pipes Division remains discontinued with no active revenue or results reported for the current quarter.
On a standalone basis, Sri KPR Industries achieved a significant turnaround with revenue from operations surging to ₹75.44 lakh from ₹35.09 lakh in Q1 FY26. The company posted a standalone net profit of ₹18.47 lakh, reversing a net loss of ₹5.81 lakh in the corresponding period last year. Basic earnings per share for the standalone entity rose to ₹0.09 from negligible levels previously. The profit before tax reached ₹114.19 lakh, benefiting from a tax benefit of ₹19.69 lakh, demonstrating the company's ability to improve profitability across both standalone and consolidated operations.
