Realty firm Signature Global Ltd will launch two significant housing projects in Gurugram during the second half of the 2026-27 fiscal year, according to Chairman Pradeep Kumar Aggarwal. As reported by PTI on the sidelines of the Assocham real estate conference, the projects carry a total revenue potential of ₹10,000-12,000 crore and are strategically timed to capitalize on anticipated strong sales bookings during the festive season. One housing project will be launched specifically during the Dussehra and Diwali festivals.
The Gurugram-based listed entity achieved sales bookings of ₹8,250 crore in the 2025-26 fiscal year, positioning it as the fifth-largest listed real estate firm in terms of sales bookings. According to PTI, Chairman Aggarwal expressed confidence that the company would meet its pre-sales guidance of ₹10,000 crore for the current fiscal year. The company has delivered 17.9 million sq ft of real estate to date.
In the first quarter of the current fiscal year, Signature Global reported a consolidated net loss of ₹16.52 crore for the quarter ended June, compared to a net profit of ₹34.43 crore in the corresponding period of the preceding financial year. As reported by PTI, total income fell to ₹611.72 crore in Q1 FY27 from ₹898.35 crore in the year-ago period. The company's sales bookings declined 25% to ₹1,970 crore in Q1 FY27 amid lower volumes, down from ₹2,640 crore in the year-ago period.
The company continues to maintain strong housing demand expectations despite current quarter challenges. According to PTI, Chairman Aggarwal noted that housing demand remains robust, supporting the company's strategy to launch these major projects during the second half of FY27. The timing of the launches is specifically designed to tap into the traditional festive season demand patterns in the real estate market.
