
According to reports from Moneycontrol, Shriram Finance has announced that its board of directors is scheduled to convene tomorrow, July 24, 2026, to consider and approve the company's standalone and consolidated audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. The board will also discuss proposals for fund-raising initiatives, with the core agenda highlighting the review of financial performance for the final quarter and full financial year 2026, along with crucial decisions on potential fund-raising mechanisms.
As reported by Moneycontrol, Shriram Finance delivered robust financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2026, with net profit reaching ₹3,014.72 crore, marking a substantial 40.91% increase compared to ₹2,139.39 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. Quarter-on-quarter, net profit also showed significant growth of 19.45% from ₹2,523.98 crore recorded in the December 2025 quarter. Revenue from operations for Q4 FY26 stood at ₹12,513.43 crore, up by 9.25% from ₹11,454.23 crore in the corresponding quarter last year, and grew by 2.81% from ₹12,170.76 crore in the December 2025 quarter. Earnings Per Share (EPS) for the quarter ending March 2026 also saw healthy growth to ₹16.06 from ₹11.40 in March 2025, and from ₹13.45 in December 2025.
According to Moneycontrol, for the full financial year ending March 31, 2026, Shriram Finance delivered consolidated net profit of ₹10,004.20 crore, which is an increase of 6.16% from ₹9,423.31 crore reported in the fiscal year 2025. The total revenue for FY26 reached ₹48,132.95 crore, reflecting a robust growth of 15.05% over the ₹41,834.42 crore recorded in FY25. Annual Earnings Per Share (EPS) for FY26 stood at ₹53.29, up by 4.86% from ₹50.82 in FY25, indicating improved shareholder value creation.
