
Sheela Foam shares surged 20% following exceptional Q4 FY26 results that demonstrated significant operational improvements. According to reports from Business Standard, the company reported a more than six-fold jump in consolidated net profit to ₹91.28 crore in Q4 FY26, compared with ₹13.08 crore posted in Q4 FY25. This remarkable performance was driven by strong revenue growth and improved operational efficiency across key business segments.
Revenue from operations demonstrated robust growth, jumping 23.59% year-on-year to ₹1,050.06 crore, as reported by Business Standard. The growth was attributed to higher volume growth in both mattress and foam segments. Profit before tax (PBT) surged over thirty-six times to ₹78.48 crore in Q4 FY26 compared with ₹2.13 crore in Q4 FY25. Core EBITDA showed strong momentum with 90% growth to ₹121 crore from ₹64 crore, while EBITDA margin expanded by 400 basis points to 11.5% in Q4 FY26 from 7.5% in Q4 FY25.
On a full-year basis, Sheela Foam's consolidated net profit jumped 78.63% to ₹159.61 crore on an 11.1% rise in revenue from operations to ₹3,820.84 crore in FY26 over FY25, according to Business Standard. The company achieved its highest-ever turnover and EBITDA in its history, reflecting the strength of its integrated platform and focused execution strategy.
Rahul Gautam, Chairman & Managing Director, highlighted that FY2026 marked the realization of benefits from the Kurlon acquisition and its integration with Sheela Foam. As reported by Business Standard, both Sleepwell and Kurlon brands delivered strong growth, while the foam segment recorded commendable momentum. The broad-based performance translated into healthy growth across both revenue and profitability metrics.
The company's board recommended a final dividend of ₹1 per equity share with a face value of ₹5 each for the financial year 2025-26, according to Business Standard. The dividend will be paid within 30 days from the date of approval from shareholders.
