
SEPC delivered exceptional Q4 FY26 results with consolidated net profit jumping 37.03% to ₹13.73 crore compared to the same period last year. According to reports from Business Standard, the company's revenue from operations surged 132.45% to ₹273.83 crore in Q4 FY26, demonstrating robust business growth. Profit before exceptional items and tax stood at ₹15.27 crore in Q4 FY26, significantly higher than ₹10.02 crore recorded in Q4 FY25.
The company's exceptional revenue performance was supported by substantial increases across key expense categories. As reported by Business Standard, total expenses jumped 135.75% to ₹273.68 crore in Q4 FY26 from ₹116.09 crore in Q4 FY25. Cost of material consumed stood at ₹239.12 crore, representing a significant increase of 187.68% year-on-year. Employee benefit expenses were ₹6.80 crore, up 17.8% from the previous year, while finance costs decreased 26.13% to ₹9.13 crore during the quarter.
SEPC shares responded positively to the strong quarterly results, rising 0.64% to close at ₹7.87 on the BSE following the announcement. According to Business Standard, the engineering solutions provider is engaged in providing end-to-end solutions to engineering challenges, offering multidisciplinary design, engineering, procurement, construction, and project management services.
