The PBDT (Profit Before Depreciation and Tax) for the year rose 24% to ₹433.49 crore from ₹462.58 crore in the previous year, while PBT (Profit Before Tax) declined 10% to ₹236.47 crore from ₹262.66 crore.
The board of RHI Magnesita India has recommended a final dividend of ₹2.50 per fully paid equity share of Re 1 for FY 2025-26, signaling a shareholder-friendly capital allocation stance.
