
Home financier Repco Home Finance reported a standalone net profit of ₹129 crore in the fourth quarter ended March 2026 (Q4FY26), representing a 4% increase from ₹125 crore recorded in Q4FY25. On a consolidated basis, revenue from operations stood at ₹453.52 crore in Q4FY26 compared to ₹424.22 crore in Q4FY25, reflecting growth of around 6.9% year-on-year. The performance was primarily driven by increased lending activities and improved operational metrics, with profit before tax standing at ₹148.30 crore in Q4FY26 compared to ₹144.46 crore in Q4FY25.
Net interest income demonstrated strong growth, increasing 16% year-on-year to ₹207 crore in Q4FY26 compared to ₹178 crore in Q4FY25. This growth was supported by robust loan disbursements of ₹1,186 crore in Q4FY26, marking a 22% growth over Q4FY25 levels. For the full financial year FY26, the company reported consolidated revenue from operations of ₹1,750.13 crore compared to ₹1,668.66 crore in FY25, reflecting growth of around 4.9% year-on-year. Consolidated net profit increased to ₹448.98 crore in FY26 compared to ₹445.42 crore in FY25, while net interest income grew 9% to ₹812 crore.
The company's loan book expanded significantly with disbursements surging 26% in the fiscal year to ₹4,148 crore. According to The Hindu BusinessLine, the overall loan book stood at ₹15,880 crore as of March 31, 2026, registering a 9.6% growth. Housing loans accounted for 71% of the loans while home equity products comprised 29% of the outstanding loan book. Asset quality showed marked improvement with the gross non-performing assets (GNPA) ratio declining to 2.55% as of March 2026 from 3.26% last year, while the net NPA ratio improved to 1.17% compared to 1.32% in March 2025. One of the major factors supporting profitability during the quarter was stable asset quality and controlled operational expenses despite higher finance costs.
