According to reports from Business Standard, the stock was trading at ₹147, up 10.5% compared to the previous session's close of ₹133.17 at around 2:45 PM. The company has a market capitalisation of ₹8,206 crore with a 52-week high of ₹163.50 and 52-week low of ₹107.53. On a year-to-date basis, Redtape shares have gained over 7.3% compared with an 8% decline in the benchmark Nifty50 index during the same period.
Redtape reported a consolidated net profit of ₹69.88 crore for the January-March quarter of FY26, representing a 70% increase from ₹41.22 crore in the year-ago period. As reported by Business Standard, the company's revenue from operations jumped 33.51% year-on-year to ₹675.51 crore during the quarter, compared to ₹505.97 crore in Q4FY25. However, on a quarter-on-quarter basis, the net profit declined 33.14% from ₹104.53 crore in Q3FY26. The company's Ebitda stood at ₹118.79 crore compared to ₹79 crore in the year-ago quarter, with Ebitda margin improving sharply to 16.5% from 8.91% on a Y-o-Y basis.
For the full financial year FY26, Redtape demonstrated strong annual growth with net profit rising 41.50% to ₹240.55 crore compared to ₹170 crore in the previous year. According to Business Standard, the company's annual revenue increased 19.69% to ₹2,418.77 crore from ₹2,020.91 crore in FY25. The company's operating profit margin (OPM) for FY26 stood at 10.70% compared to -14.36% in the previous year, indicating significant operational improvements throughout the financial year.
Redtape's board of directors has recommended a final dividend of ₹2 per equity share with a face value of ₹2 each for FY26. As reported by Business Standard, the company has fixed July 31, 2026 as the record date for the dividend distribution. This dividend declaration reflects the company's strong cash position and commitment to returning value to shareholders following its robust quarterly and annual performance.
