The company has received in-principle approval under the Gujarat Electronics Policy for the proposed ₹472.34 crore Copper Clad Laminate project. The company plans to invest ₹338 crore over three years under the Electronics Components Manufacturing Scheme (ECMS), approved on March 30, 2026. The project is strategically aligned with the Production Linked Incentive (PLI) scheme, the Make in India initiative, Atmanirbhar Bharat, and the India Semiconductor Mission.
Reflecting its improving financial profile and execution capabilities, Infomerics Valuation and Rating Ltd.
