
Ramky Infrastructure has secured a significant ₹1,401.84 crore EPC contract from Maharashtra Industrial Township Limited (MITL) for infrastructure works within the Dighi Port Industrial Area (DPIA) Phase 1 Package A under the Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor (DMIC). According to the company's exchange filing, the project involves comprehensive end-to-end execution from design and engineering to construction, testing, commissioning, and performance-based operations. The contract is scheduled for completion within 930 days from the appointed date, followed by a four-year Operations and Maintenance (O&M) period from the issuance of the completion certificate.
The comprehensive project encompasses critical infrastructure development including roads with cross drainage structures, bridges, and avenue plantation, alongside a complete water distribution network including firefighting systems and service reservoirs. Key components include waste management facilities for industrial effluent and domestic sewage collection, power distribution networks with substations and transformers, ICT infrastructure and utility ducts, and stormwater management systems with outfalls and recycled water distribution networks. The infrastructure package includes stormwater systems, water treatment and distribution, sewerage systems, recycled water distribution, power distribution, and utility ducts for ICT among other associated works. The infrastructure development will strengthen industrial readiness at Dighi by enabling reliable utilities and smoother on-ground operations for businesses setting up in the area.

The company will apply its ISO 9001:2015 (QMS), ISO 14001:2015 (EMS), and ISO 45001:2017 (OHS) certifications for Quality Management Systems, Environment Management Systems, and Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems. The company will undertake the project using its internal engineering, planning, and commissioning capabilities, supported by standardized monitoring and delivery controls, with operations preparedness built into the execution roadmap from the outset.
