According to reports from The Times of India, Radico Khaitan delivered its highest-ever annual revenue and profit for the financial year ended March 2026. The company's total revenue rose 22% year-on-year to ₹6,851 crore, while profit for the period increased 31% to ₹345 crore. As reported by The Times of India, Radico Khaitan managing director Abhishek Khaitan highlighted that tier-2 cities are showing huge Prestige & Above growth. According to Khaitan, "In tier-1 markets, the premiumisation trend was already visible. Now tier-2 cities have also joined the party." The company's Prestige & Above brands now contribute about 72% of Radico's IMFL revenues and nearly half its volumes, demonstrating the success of the premiumisation strategy beyond metropolitan markets.
According to The Times of India, Khaitan noted that demand for higher-end alcohol was no longer restricted to large cities, with smaller markets increasingly contributing to growth. The company is witnessing a broader behavioural shift among younger consumers and affluent drinkers, with more people opting for lighter spirits, cocktails and experience-led consumption. This trend aligns with the company's focus on white spirits such as vodka and gin, which are emerging as key growth drivers for India's alcohol beverage industry.
