
Promoters have exchanged 1.05% shares in Edelweiss Financial Services through open market transactions on February 23. According to bulk and block deals data, Rashesh Chandrakant Shah acquired 1 crore equity shares (equivalent to 1.05% of paid-up equity) for ₹118 crore from Venkatchalam Arakoni Ramaswamy. Both promoters and founders exchanged these shares at a price of ₹118 per share. Meanwhile, Radiant Global Fund-Class B Participating Shares acquired 7 lakh shares (0.97% stake) in Dudigital Global from Legends Global Opportunities (Singapore) for ₹2.94 crore, exchanging shares at ₹42 per share.
Both companies showed positive market response following the transactions. As reported by Moneycontrol, Edelweiss Financial Services shares finished the session higher at ₹123.18 on the NSE, up 1.72%. Dudigital Global stock maintained its upward journey for the ninth consecutive session, rising 5.01% to ₹42.95. Cohance Lifesciences also saw positive movement, with shares rising 2.85% to ₹314.1 amid high volumes on the NSE.
The transactions involve significant stakes in both companies. According to the report, Legends Global Opportunities (Singapore) was holding 4.43% stake in Dudigital Global as of September 2025, making this a substantial divestment. Jasub Property Holdings LLP acquired 77 lakh shares (2.01% stake) in the Advent International-backed Cohance Lifesciences for ₹235.62 crore from Jasti Family Trust at ₹306 per share. As of December 2025, Jasti Property and Equity Holdings held 6.41% stake in Cohance Lifesciences.
Other significant transactions occurred across multiple companies. As reported by Moneycontrol, Upnishad Holdings bought 3.25 lakh shares in Asian Paints from Smiti Holding and Trading Company at ₹2,410 per share, valued at ₹78.3 crore. In Network 18 Media & Investments, Nexg Ventures India acquired 71 lakh shares (0.46% stake) for ₹25.2 crore from Arizona Globalservices at ₹35.5 per share. The exchange of shares was also seen in Asian Paints and Network 18 Media & Investments.
