In the past year, the market price skyrocketed 196%, significantly outperforming the benchmark index's 2% decline. Till 02:04 PM, the average trading volume at the counter jumped over 20-fold with a combined 8.79 million equity shares changing hands on the NSE and BSE.
The company has delivered remarkable financial results with standalone net sales reaching ₹1,743.46 crore in March 2026, representing a substantial 66.71% year-on-year growth compared to ₹1,237.41 crore in September 2025. As reported by Moneycontrol, this represents a significant acceleration from the 19.24% growth recorded in the previous year. The company's profit before interest, lease rentals, depreciation, and taxation (PBILDT) improved at a CAGR of 26% over the past five years ended FY26, while total operating income (TOI) grew at a CAGR of 19%. In FY26, the company reported a 36% year-on-year growth in TOI and a 71% y-o-y improvement in PBILDT driven by improvement in sales volume and favourable change in product mix towards higher value-added products.

The company has also sanctioned an unsecured working capital facility of up to ₹190 crore from RBL Bank and approved Axis Bank as the fourth secured lender for a ₹350 crore facility. Additionally, the board has approved the re-appointment of Krina Parekh as CFO effective from the 37th Annual General Meeting scheduled for August 10, 2026.
