The contracts include a ₹20.15 crore contract from Indian Overseas Bank for construction of its office building at Amaravati, Andhra Pradesh, and a ₹31.99 crore contract from the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare for operation and maintenance of the New Sports Injury Centre building for two years. These contract wins reinforce the company's strong project management capabilities and its continued role in supporting essential infrastructure and public service developments across the country.
Both contracts are domestic in nature and have been awarded in the regular course of business, as reported by CNBC TV18. The Indian Overseas Bank contract falls under project management consultancy services, while the Health Ministry contract covers operation and maintenance services for two years. NBCC stated that neither the promoter nor the promoter group nor group companies have any interest in the awarding entities, and the contracts do not fall under related party transactions. The total value of these combined orders stands at ₹52.14 crore, excluding GST, with both projects categorized as Project Management Consultancy (PMC) works, reflecting NBCC's expertise in managing high-value institutional and healthcare infrastructure.

The company received a project management consultancy contract worth about ₹25.52 crore from Central Bank of India for the construction of its office building in Amaravati, Andhra Pradesh. Additionally, NBCC was awarded a contract worth about ₹105.50 crore from the Resident Commissioner, Government of Andhra Pradesh, for the construction of the new Andhra Pradesh Bhavan in New Delhi.
