According to reports from Business Standard, Mphasis has signed an agreement with TechnoPro Holdings, Japan's largest technology-focused engineering staffing and IT solutions provider. The partnership aims to bring Mphasis' AI-powered enterprise offerings to the Japanese market, combining TechnoPro Holdings' extensive engineering ecosystem with Mphasis' expertise in AI, enterprise modernization and digital transformation. As part of the collaboration, both companies will leverage their technical expertise to help scale up client operations, with the Japanese firm deploying Mphasis Tria, which is expected to help accelerate software development through autonomous code generation and testing, while embedding AI into business processes like talent allocation, recruitment, sales matching and corporate planning. The partnership comes as Japanese companies accelerate technology modernisation and AI adoption amid ageing technology infrastructure, talent shortages and rising business complexity.
As reported by Business Standard, the collaboration will introduce Mphasis Modernize and Mphasis Optimize product lines to clients across Japan. These solutions are built on Mphasis TriaTM, the company's proprietary Enterprise Agency platform, offering clients artificial intelligence that delivers governed enterprise agency to modernize legacy environments, optimize business operations, and improve enterprise decision-making. The partnership will also bring Mphasis' cybersecurity, compliance, and security solutions to TechnoPro Holdings' clients. The offerings will help companies modernise legacy systems, improve business operations and support decision-making using artificial intelligence. The companies will initially focus on financial services and manufacturing sectors, while also exploring opportunities across other industry verticals.
As reported by Business Standard, TechnoPro Holdings will use its own operations as a large-scale AI deployment environment, with proven workflows subsequently packaged into industry-specific AI solutions for customers, particularly in the automotive and manufacturing sectors. The Japanese firm will deploy Mphasis Tria internally to create AI-powered software development environments for its workforce, with the platform used for code generation, testing, and functions such as talent allocation, recruitment, sales matching and corporate planning. This approach allows TechnoPro to leverage its operational expertise while scaling AI capabilities across its client base, creating a comprehensive solution delivery model that combines local domain knowledge with world-class AI technologies.
According to the latest announcement, the partnership will focus on three key areas of enterprise transformation: System Modernization using Mphasis Modernize™ to support legacy system renewal and software development advancement, Business Processes and Decision-Making through Mphasis Optimize™ for AI-based operational efficiency and decision support, and Engineering Advancement Using AI Agents where TechnoPro's engineers will work alongside AI agents in software development and operations. The collaboration leverages Mphasis's proprietary knowledge platform Mphasis Ontosphere™, which integrates evergreen business intelligence and AI-assisted implementation, while Mphasis NeoIP™ evolves into an integrated platform spine combining Ontosphere-powered knowledge graphs and multi-agent orchestration capabilities. TechnoPro Holdings brings approximately 30,000 engineers and researchers who work directly with clients across Japan, providing deep understanding of real-world development, manufacturing, and IT operations.
Speaking on the collaboration, Nitin Rakesh, Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Mphasis, said, "This partnership enables us to bring our enterprise offerings to one of the world's most important industrial markets.
