According to latest reports, this marks a substantial improvement in the company's financial performance and demonstrates effective operational management during the quarter. The company also reported earnings per share of ₹0.56 against ₹0.52 in the December quarter and a loss per share of ₹8.88 in Q4 FY25. As per Angel One, the quarterly profit also showed 8.3% quarter-on-quarter growth from ₹4.05 crore in Q3 FY26, indicating sustained momentum in operational efficiency.
The company's revenue performance showed steady growth, increasing 8% year-on-year to ₹288.7 crore from ₹267.7 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. For the full financial year FY26, MobiKwik reported revenue from operations of ₹11,192.3 million compared with ₹11,701.7 million in FY25.
The most significant improvement came in the company's operating performance, with EBITDA turning positive at ₹174.1 million compared to an EBITDA loss of ₹457.6 million in the corresponding quarter last year. According to latest reports, the EBITDA margin improved substantially from negative territory to positive, demonstrating substantial operational efficiency gains and cost management initiatives. The company's total expenses declined sharply to ₹2,786.2 million from ₹3,242.9 million in the year-ago period, helping the company return to profitability. For the full financial year FY26, MobiKwik reported total income of ₹1,154.20 crore, a 3.2% decrease from ₹1,192.49 crore in the previous year. Despite the annual decline in total income, the company managed to narrow its net loss to ₹62.10 crore from ₹121.53 crore a year earlier, demonstrating significant progress towards financial stability. The quarter included exceptional items worth ₹37.7 million related to alleged unauthorized merchant settlements arising from a technical bug exploitation case identified in September 2025. As reported by MobiKwik, the company had already recovered ₹276 million out of the disputed ₹403.6 million amount and continued efforts to recover the remaining balance.
