
Minda Corporation Ltd reported a 7.3% growth in consolidated profit after tax at ₹124 crore for the quarter ended March 2026, compared to ₹52 crore in the same quarter of FY25. According to reports from Business Standard, the company achieved its highest-ever quarterly revenue of ₹1,704 crore, representing a 29% year-on-year growth from ₹1,321 crore in the March quarter of the previous fiscal year. This performance surpassed industry growth and consensus estimates, driven by strong demand in the two-wheeler and commercial vehicle segments, product premiumisation, and strategic EV-focused partnerships.
During the quarter, EBITDA stood at ₹203 crore with a margin of 11.9%, marking a 37-basis-point year-on-year improvement. As reported by Business Standard, the company delivered its highest-ever EBITDA of ₹721 crore for FY26 with a margin of 11.7%, reflecting a 29 basis points year-on-year improvement. For the full financial year 2025-26, consolidated PAT stood at ₹358 crore while consolidated revenue surged 22.3% year-on-year to ₹6,185 crore. The company's focus on operational efficiency, customer relationships, and disciplined financial management contributed to sustained growth momentum.
According to Business Standard, during FY26, the company strengthened its technology and innovation roadmap through two strategic global partnerships. The company formed a joint venture with Toyodenso Co Ltd of Japan for manufacturing and sale of advanced automotive switches, and signed a joint venture agreement with Turntide Technologies, UK, to introduce next-generation powertrain solutions for the electric vehicle industry. These collaborations are aimed at bringing advanced global technologies closer to the Indian market while delivering localised, premium mobility solutions tailored to domestic requirements, further highlighting the company's commitment to strengthening India's EV ecosystem in alignment with the Government's 'Make in India' initiative.
