
According to reports from Business Standard, Meghmani Organics experienced a significant decline in profitability during the quarter ended March 2026. The company's consolidated net profit dropped 59.49% to ₹8.03 crore compared to ₹19.82 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. This substantial decline was accompanied by a 14.30% decrease in sales to ₹474.34 crore from ₹553.46 crore in Q4 FY2025.
As reported by Business Standard, the company's operating profit margin (OPM) declined to 4.16% in Q4 FY2026 from 11.83% in the same quarter of the previous year. The profit before depreciation and tax (PBDT) fell 39% to ₹36.48 crore compared to ₹60.04 crore in Q4 FY2025. Despite the quarterly challenges, the company's profit before tax (PBT) decreased 77% to ₹7.15 crore from ₹30.55 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year.
According to Business Standard, the company demonstrated a remarkable turnaround for the full financial year. Meghmani Organics reported a net profit of ₹28.74 crore for FY2026 compared to a net loss of ₹10.60 crore in the previous year. The company's annual sales grew 4.53% to ₹2,173.96 crore from ₹2,079.75 crore in FY2025, indicating strong revenue growth despite quarterly challenges.
