
According to reports from ET Now, Maharashtra Scooters Ltd has announced a 600% dividend for its shareholders in its earnings report for the quarter ended March 31, 2026. The Board of Directors has recommended a dividend of ₹60 per equity share for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. As reported by the company in an exchange filing, the dividend represents 600% of the face value of ₹10 on equity shares of the company.
As reported by ET Now, the record date for determining eligibility to receive the dividend has been fixed as Tuesday, June 30, 2026. According to the company's filing, this follows Regulation 42 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015. If declared by shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting, the dividend will be credited on or before August 4, 2026.
According to ET Now, Maharashtra Scooters reported a 92.6% year-on-year decline in profit after tax (PAT) at ₹4 crore in Q4 FY26 versus ₹51.6 crore in the year-ago period. The company's revenue from operations came in at ₹6 crore in Q4 FY26 against ₹6.6 crore posted in the same quarter the previous year, representing a 9.1% decline year-on-year.
